Founder & CEO
Dexter Rosa, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DX Gold Corp, is a visionary leader driving the company’s bold expansion into the United States through premier gold production and exploration initiatives. With over 15 years of experience spanning global commodities, mining, and strategic finance, Dexter has built DX Gold into a fast-emerging force in the North and South American mining sectors.
Recently, he spearheaded a landmark collaboration between Rio Tinto and the merged Sambo Group, advancing the integration of scandium oxide into next-generation aluminum alloy R&D for automotive OEM applications — a breakthrough connecting innovation, resources, and technology on a global scale. Under his leadership, DX Gold Corp continues to redefine the future of sustainable resource development and cross-border industrial partnerships.
Mike Beare
Chief Operating Officer
Mike Beare, Chief Operating Officer of DX Gold Corp, is a world-class mining executive with over 30 years of experience spanning exploration, feasibility, and technical due diligence across multiple continents. A driving force behind the development of Barrick Gold’s world-renowned Bulyanhulu Mine in Tanzania, Mike’s expertise has shaped some of the most significant projects in modern mining.
At SRK Consulting, he directed 44 feasibility studies that collectively unlocked more than $9.6 billion in mining investments worldwide. Since 2017, he has led SRK’s Central Asian practice, guiding transformational projects such as the Almalyk Feasibility Study—a venture poised to become one of the largest copper-gold operations on the planet. With a reputation for technical excellence and operational vision, Mike now drives DX Gold Corp’s mission to build world-class, high-value mining assets across the Americas.
Eduardo Ferreira
Director
Eduardo Ferreira is the President and CEO of EF Trading Corp and Chief Executive Officer of Euro Energy Services, bringing extensive experience across global trading, energy markets, and infrastructure development. He has been actively involved in oil and gas transactions throughout the Caribbean, including work related to PDVSA and Chevron-linked operations, and has supported complex cross-border commercial initiatives.
Mr. Ferreira previously served as a Representative for Rum Cay–Bahamas Island Acquisitions, where he contributed to large-scale infrastructure and development projects. As a Director of DX Gold Corp, he provides strategic leadership, international market insight, and a strong commercial network supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Jeff Renolds
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Renolds, Chief Financial Officer of DX Gold Corp, is a globally accomplished finance executive with over 35 years of experience across 48 countries and six continents. Renowned for his expertise in international finance, capital markets, and public-private partnerships, Mr. Reynolds has advised governments, corporations, and investors on multi-billion-dollar transactions and strategic financial operations.
Before joining DX Gold Corp, he held senior leadership roles with Jacobs Engineering, Ontario International Airport Authority, Houston Airport System Development Corp., Abu Dhabi Airports Co., and PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities, where he led complex M&A, infrastructure finance, and capital structuring initiatives worldwide.
Mr. Reynolds holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from USC, bringing to DX Gold Corp a proven record of fiscal discipline, global insight, and visionary financial leadership that drives sustainable growth and shareholder value.
Greg Paul
Partner, DX Gold Corp
Gregory Paul is a highly experienced American mining operator with over 35 years of hands-on experience in mine operations, regulatory compliance, safety, and stewardship of historic mining assets. His career began in the U.S. aircraft industry in 1984, where he worked on Pratt & Whitney JT8D commercial aircraft engines, developing elite expertise in hazardous materials handling, precision processes, and industrial safety—skills that continue to define his disciplined operational approach.
In 1988, Gregory was inspired and mentored by legendary Bureau of Land Management geologist Robert Waiwood, shaping his deep understanding of mineral systems, federal mining law, and responsible land stewardship. His foundation was further strengthened through extensive training with Cal/OSHA and the State of California, followed by continuous licensure and certification for over 32 years through the BLM, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Department of Labor, and MSHA, with more than 6,000 hours of formal training.
Gregory is the owner and steward of the Gold Mountain and Lucky Baldwin Historic Gold Mines in Big Bear, California—properties dating back to the 1860s and patented in 1874 by E.J. “Lucky” Baldwin. His role within DX Gold Corp is central: he provides unmatched regulatory insight, operational leadership, and historical continuity, ensuring projects are executed responsibly, efficiently, and in full compliance.
